It was budget, compact and with tv;))
Didn't like the staff, some of them were quirky.

- Good location, you can walk to various points of interest (British museum 10 minutes and Big Bang about 35 minutes walk, there are also many subway stations 5-10 minutes). - Reception open 24h and quite friendly staff. - Clean despite shared bathrooms. - Private room and big enough to be London.
For me in particular everything was fine but if this is your first time in London, you have to be aware that you are in London. That means this hotel is pretty good for London but in any other city it would be very regular. Crisp carpet floors and crooked ceilings, old furniture, multiple corridors and narrow staircases, shared bathrooms are small and you have to go up or down several floors to get in. In short, it's not comfortable and it's old but for a Londoner, I would repeat.

One of the best things about the hotel was the location, it is 10 minutes from downtown by subway, very quiet and safe place, you can walk anywhere and there are several food places nearby and a laundry around the corner! other advantage was the bed, comfortable and heating was very good, especially in these cold days, although sometimes it was very strong and you woke up at night from the heat. room does not have a private bathroom, it is shared, I had no problem finding them unoccupied, I never had to wait to get in, they were quite clean and shower worked perfectly, there is no shampoo, shower gel or hairdryer (to take it into account). good thing is that the rooms have a sink, is quite comfortable. There's a cafeteria downstairs from the hotel, so you get a 10% discount if you stay there, it's pretty good, I recommend it. people at the reception desk were very nice even though they didn't speak Spanish. In general, except for the price of the hotel, I found was very high, to stay a couple of days and go just to sleep, I recommend it, since it is a safe area and I could rest enough.
I was at the hotel for a week, and during my stay they didn't change my towel or sheets, nor did they vacuum the carpeted floor. I think you have to ask for things to be changed. The room was quite small and didn't have a shelf to keep the clothes, I had to keep them inside my suitcase all week, it doesn't have a desk either, which would be quite useful especially for people who carry laptops. The bed was just stretched out, there was no deep toilet in the room. It doesn't include breakfast, you have to eat out. In general, in London the hotels are old and small buildings, so you can hear the crunching of the floor when a person walks outside in the corridor, but that didn't prevent a good rest. The room had only 1 socket and you have to bring an adapter. What I must emphasize is the price, I think it was very high for the quality of the room, maybe it was because I stayed on December 31 and at that time the prices were soaring, and this hotel was the cheapest I found for the dates I needed, still, I think it was too high the cost, it is not proportional to what the hotel delivers. I also think it is necessary that there is a person who speaks Spanish.

Spotlessly clean and well-run budget hotel with helpful and friendly staff throughout. Great cooked breakfasts - Make sure you allow enough time in the mornigs as they are freshly cooked to order.

The hotel is very nice, very close to the Undeground and all the places of interest. Even though there were no bathrooms in the room, we we using those on each floor and it was ok). We liked the basin in the room and beautiful sheets on the beds)
Beds were on the rollers and it corsed some problems)) And there were no kettle and tea in the room)And the worst thing not just in this hotel but in British buildings is a very narrow staircase. It`s just a nightmare to lift all the luggage up to room!

Perfect location.Reception stuff very friendly,helpful.
Had to share bathroom. All the time occupied. If you are in a hurry-impossible to be ready in time. Was very busy breakfast, had to ask toast, tea, coffee a few times before we got it ( white toast is still coming i guess...didn't get it:)

The hotel was clean, cool, had very very nice and outstandingly accommodating staff at all times. The room was nice styled with a bathroom, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. A shower and bath sheets was a plus.

Not the best vibes
So, I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a bit of a bummer. Check-in was rough-staff just didn't seem to care at all. My room was kinda gnarly. The TV didn't work and the carpet looked dirty. Plus, I heard everything from next door. On the upside, the shared facilities were okay, just wish the room wasn't such a dive.

The room was basic but clean. The toilets were near to our room and also well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and the location was easy to find for us, who have no knowledge of london.

Dina at the Reception was very friendly and helpful. With her help we even managed to send back excess baggage at the last minute. Even though the toilets were outside the room, it was not a problem as it was convenient and there were 2 at each level.

This place was great for my short stay in London while visiting the British Museum and other nearby attractions. The location was really convenient, being close to multiple underground stations. The staff was very helpful when I needed assistance with my luggage, and the shared bathroom situation was better than I expected as there were always facilities available. it provided a comfortable atmosphere without any frills, just what I needed for a few nights.

The room we had was close to the road and it was a bit noisy, but besides that everything was good, beds, cleaning, bathrooms and a quite fine inglish breakfast. It is just 10 minutes far from St. Pancras Station and there are a few restaurants close to the hostel.
Wifi service was unreacheable at rooms and only could be used at the living room downstairs, where there is a free-use computer too.
